Private Pay

For private pay clients, the intake (60-70 min) is $275, and follow up appointments (45-50) minutes are $165. Extended session times are also available. 

Insurance

I am currently accepting Aetna and Optum (United Healthcare) . Your cost with insurance will vary based your plan. If you want to use insurance, I encourage you to call the number on the back of your insurance card and verify that I am in network with your specific plan and find out exactly what the cost will be for you. Please note that I am required to submit a diagnosis and other documentation such as treatment plan or progress notes to your insurance. If you'd like to file out-of-network benefits, I'm happy to provide a superbill for you to submit for reimbursement. 

I love college students and am in network with some university health plans to help make therapy more accessible. Vanderbilt (Aetna), Belmont (United), University of Tennessee (United) - reach out to me and we'll confirm coverage. 

Sliding Scale

I offer a sliding scale to make therapy more accessible for those with limited incomes or during periods of extenuating circumstances. I may ask you for documentation of income or personal circumstances.
