No Surprises Act

This law protects consumers from surprise medical billing. You are entitled to clear upfront pricing, or a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of services.  If your bill is more than $400 higher than the estimate, you may file a complaint by contacting the No Surprises Help Desk at (1-800) 985-3059.
